RetroCam: Old Phone Camera
Effective date: July 15, 2026
RetroCam does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you create with RetroCam — photos, videos, and settings — stays on your device. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no network communication of any kind.
We do not collect:
RetroCam makes no network connections. No data ever leaves your device through the app.
RetroCam uses your device's camera to capture photos and videos, and the microphone to record audio for videos. All capture and image processing happens entirely on your device. Camera and microphone data is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
Photos and videos you capture are stored locally inside the app. When you save or export media, RetroCam writes to your photo library using add-only access — the app cannot read, browse, or modify your existing photos. You are in full control of your media and can delete it at any time from the app's gallery or your photo library.
RetroCam stores a small amount of data on your device to remember your preferences (such as the selected camera style, effect intensity, and aspect ratio) and to limit how often the app asks you for an App Store review. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
